Eni Agrees Terms for Kazakh Block

Italy's Eni has bolstered its presence in Kazakhstan by signing an agreement with the former Soviet republic's state oil and gas company Kazmunaigas that defines the commercial terms of the transfer to Eni of 50% of the subsoil use rights in the Isatay Block in the Kazakh sector of the Caspian Sea, the Italian company said in a statement.
