摘要

Libyan state National Oil Corp. (NOC) has now declared force majeure on all its onshore oil terminals according to a statement issued by the firm. Mellitah, Zawiyah and Marsa el-Hariga are all off line. Apart from the offshore Bouri and Al-Jurf platforms that can handle exports of up to 80,000 b/d, all main onshore ports are shut. The government is struggling to negotiate with armed militias who have seized control of all major terminals in an effort to bring down the government of Libyan Prime Minister Ali Zeidan (IOD Sep.6'13).
