Japan’s onshore oil product inventories rose for the fourth consecutive week in the week ending Feb. 16, reaching their highest level in almost three months, according to data released by the Petroleum Association of Japan trade group. Stocks rose by 4%, adding 2.93 million bbl to reach 76.8 million bbl. The last time stocks were this high was the week of Nov. 24, when they stood at 78.31 million bbl.
