London-based independent President Energy says recently acquired seismic data suggest a possible risked resource potential of more than 500 million barrels of oil for two blocks that it is exploring in Paraguay. President has stakes in the Pirity and Demattei concessions in western Paraguay's remote Chaco region, near the border with Argentina.
