Benchmark Brent oil prices are likely to stay near the recent average of $110 per barrel for the foreseeable future with persistent geopolitical insecurity supporting this price level, Total Chief Executive Christophe de Margerie said Thursday. “The market is between $105 and $115 [and] will be moving between these two for some time,” de Margerie said. “We might see prices going lower but there is strong support for energy prices to remain at those levels.”
