Colombia narrowly missed its declared oil production target of 1 million b/d last year, the Energy Ministry said, citing pipeline attacks, security issues and transport constraints for the shortfall. Despite edging up to 980,000 b/d in the last few days of the year, average production was 930,000 b/d in December, which was down 35,000 b/d from the November total. The 4% monthly decline brought average output for the year to 914,000 b/d.
