UK-listed Tower Resources is set to spud its third and final commitment well, Mvule-1, on the EA5 license area in Uganda, the company announced Thursday. Tower’s wholly owned subsidiary, Neptune Petroleum, is now mobilizing the OGEC K900 drilling rig to the Mvule-1 site where preparation is near completion and rigging up is about to start. The well is due to spud in the next week or so.
