Rosneft Miffed by ROG Margins

State controlled Russian oil giant Rosneft and UK major BP are not seeing eye to eye over their German downstream joint venture, Ruhr Oel Gmbh (ROG). But a squabble over refining margins is unlikely to bring Rosneft what it is looking for, say observers.
