Indonesia's parliament decided on Saturday to allow retail fuel price rises, but only if the Indonesia Crude Price (ICP) -- the country's official crude oil selling price - - exceeds the assumption in the budget by at least 15% for six months. The current ICP forecast for the budget is US$105/bbl, meaning that retail fuel prices would be raised only if the ICP averages more than US$120.75/bbl for six months.
