Japanese crude oil runs continued to increase in the week to Jul. 16, according to data released Thursday by the Petroleum As sociation of Japan. Refinery runs averaged 3.54 million b/d, or 83.2% of capacity, up from 3.31 million b/d, or 77.9% of capacity, the week before.
