Rusvietpetro to Boost Output

Russian-Vietnamese joint venture Rusvietpetro plans to start producing oil from a second field in Russia's northern Nenets region this summer in a bid to push up output to 1.5 million tons (30,000 b/d) this year, the local administration said Thursday. The output from Visovoye will supplement flows from the North-Khosedayuskoye field, where the venture between Russian statecontrolled Zarubezhneft and Petrovietnam started producing oil last September.
