Iraq to Invite Nasiriyah Bids

Iraq plans to invite international oil companies to develop the Nasiriyah oil field in a bid round later this year, Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Hussein al- Shahristani said on Monday. Prequalified Japanese companies will be invited to de- velop the field, along with other interest- ed firms.
