Russia Starts New Price Probe

Russia’s Federal Antimonopoly Service(FAS) has launched new cases against oilcompanies accused of breaching antitrust leg-islation by setting artificially high productsprices as part of a continuing government bidto bring down prices.The latest cases have been brought againstTNK-BP, Russia’s third-largest oil producer, andregional producer Bashneft.
