Vietnam's Crude Exports Fall

Vietnam's crude oil exports plunged 40.3% in 2010 from a year earlier to 7.98 million tons (160,300 b/d), according to estimates from the government's general statistics office. This is largely because of the start-up of the 140,000 b/d Dung Quat refinery in February 2009.
