Hungary, E.On Sign Contracts

Germany's E.On has signed a contract with the Hungarian government giving it preemption rights until 2016 in local gas supply subsidiary E.On Foldgaz Trade should E.On wish to sell. The contract, announced by E.On Tuesday, is based on a memorandum of understanding signed in June 2009.
