Russian state firms Rosneft and Gazprom Neft both plan to fire one in 10 staff to help cut costs amid the ongoing financial turmoil.Gazprom Neft, the oil arm of gas giant Gazprom, plans to make the cuts at its head office, deputy head of administrative issues Kirill Kravchenko said, adding that this would help "to coincide investment plans and the staff structure with the current economic situation."
