Mexico's crude oil production continued to decline in January, with monthly output reaching its lowest level since November 1995, according to data released by state oil company Pemex.Crude output for January fell to 2.685 million b/d, down 32,000 b/d from December, Pemex said.However, exports saw a gain of 38,000 b/d in January to 1.366 million b/d, largely due to an increase in US-bound crude.
