Urea offers have moved up above $200/t fob this week in China as suppliers seek to pass on cost increases. Higher prices in the domestic market are supporting the move, which is causing concern for traders who need to cover short positions for October loading. Between two and four 60,000t cargoes remain to be covered for India and traders have also sold short in Vietnam and Indonesia.
