The present invention relates to a complex composition for improvement of benign prostatic hyperplasia comprising an asparagus cochinchinensis extract, a Chinese matrimony vine extract, a cuscutae semen extract, and a Torilis japonica extract as active ingredients. More specifically, the complex composition for improvement of benign prostatic hyperplasia contains an asparagus cochinchinensis extract as a main ingredient, and a Chinese matrimony vine extract, a cuscutae semen extract, and a Torilis japonica extract as active ingredients. The complex composition is induced by effects of suppressing activity of 5-reductase, inhibiting proliferation of prostate cells, and inhibiting oxidative stress according to activation of Nrf2 (Nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2) transcription factors.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
