The buy-side is reported to have concluded all 3Q contracts in a range spanning the mid-$60s/t cfr to the mid/high- $70s/t cfr for cargoes from the Black Sea and Middle East. But the sell-side loading Black Sea cargoes for North Africa 3Q delivery are yet to confirm a 3Q final price, reporting that all cargoes are being sold on a provisional price basis.
