The US domestic market opened 2015 by continuing its firming trend as US Gulf values correct upward to reflect higher global benchmarks. Domestic DAP barges for late-January/ February loading traded in the low/mid-$440s/st fob Nola, up from the previous $432-440/st fob Nola range at the end of 2014. Trade volume was limited, with most traders stepping back to assess their positions ahead of the main spring buying season.
