Several buyers are checking prices for April shipment and are expected to purchase mainly granular urea over the next two weeks. Further to last week’s report, it is now understood that Tepeyac bought 25,000t of granular urea from Samsung ex-China at $314/t cfr for shipment to four ports west coast Mexico/Central America in combination with 8,000t of DAP. Freight is estimated at $30-32/t.
