Since Aramco Trading announced a$10/t reduction in the April loading price to$180/t fob Jubail,the market in China has continued to slump.As a result traders are faced with major losses in trying to place their allocations.Many are looking to place their tonnes into other markets and avoid China,where prices as low as$180/t cfr have recently been rejected.Some sales have been achieved recently by traders in India and Vietnam in the low$190s/t cfr,and even these will be loss-making if supplied from Jubal.
