Tehran Recognizes that Iran Must Make Progress on Legal and Contractual Issues

The Oil Ministry has acknowledged that Iran must make significant progress in the legal and contractual field. Our progress in this area was not comparable to those performed in the technical field, explained a Deputy Minister of Oil, Mr. Javadi Roknoddin. Mr Javadi is also the Managing Director of the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC).
