Arch names eaves chairman, Lang president

Arch Coal's board has given chief executive John Eaves the additional title of chairman and chief operating officer Paul Lang the added position of president. The changes are effective immediately. Eaves, who had been president and chief executive, is succeeding Wesley Taylor as chairman although Taylor will remain on the board.
