A COMMERCIAL, retail and office development half the size of Melbourne's CBD will soon create 3600 jobs. It will be located on a 72-hectare Deer Park site owned by chemicals giant Orica in Melbourne's west. In breaking the news, group general manager Daniel Wise said the site's rezoning represented a unique opportunity for urban infill.
