Tetraarylphosphonium Salts as Soluble Supports for the Synthesis of Small Molecules

摘要

Several methods are currently available for the synthesis of small-molecule and peptide libraries on solid supports.Since the pioneering work of Merrifield,many researchers have exploited the use of solid supports for small-library synthesis.Significant improvements have been made in this area,especially in the design of new supports and linkers to increase the scope of this technology.
