US notorious trade partners list tops three dozen for '15

The U.S. government has identified more than three dozen U.S. trading partners that reportedly engage in and facilitate copyright piracy and trademark counterfeiting.Allegedly counterfeited goods include chemicals, automotive and aircraft parts, along with semiconductors and other electronics, among other products, according to the USTR's annual Special 301 Report, which reviewed 72 U.S. trading partners based on input from stakeholders following a public Federal Register notice on Dec. 29, 2014, and draws attention to commonly counterfeited products, emerging global trends and issues in intellectual property rights enforcement.
