CIT nixes Commerce ruling on nails in imported toolkits

NEW YORK - The U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) has ruled that steel nails in imported household toolkits should be subject to the same anti-dumping duty order as imported steel nails packaged separately. Commerce previously ruled that such nails were not within the scope of a final anti-dumping duty order, then focused its inquiry on the toolkits instead of the nails.
