The present invention relates to an open logistics platform for processing export, import, international transportation, delivery and returns in accordance with international electronic commerce, the open logistics platform comprising: a goods import/export delivery step of purchasing goods through global electronic commerce by an individual customer or a company and exporting the purchased goods from a delivery starting point in a departure country through customs; a goods freight charge returning and export/import delivery step of exporting returned goods from a return starting point in the departure country through the customs when the goods are intended to be returned; and a goods destination freight charge returning step of delivering the returned goods to a return destination through customs when the returned goods arrive in the destination country. The goods import/export delivery step comprises an electronic commerce product purchase and product information confirmation step, a logistics platform registration and freight charge/delivery information electronic data interchange (EDI) confirmation step; a logistics platform registration and payment information confirmation step; a shipping label registration and output step; and a starting point customs declaration and customs approval step.
