Russia’s KRU 2014 coal exports rise 17% on-year to 30.2 million mt

Russian coal miner UK Kuzbassrazrezugol OAO (KRU) exported 30.2 million mt of coal in 2014, a 17% gain from the previous year’s volumes, the company said Friday. KRU said it supplied 11.8 million mt to the domestic Russian market in 2014, down from 14.9 million mt in 2013.
