Yunnan Salt plans second PVC plant

YUNNAN SALT Chemical,a Chinese polyvinyl chloride(PVC)producer,will embark on its second PVC project shortly after completing the first,according to a company source.The company plans to build a 150,000 metric-ton-per-year PVC unit integrated with a chlo-ralkali facility that can produce 100,000 tons per year of caustic soda in Kunming,Yunnan province.
