Cargill beefs up crush capacity in Ukraine

CARGILL IS expanding its oilseed crushing operations in Ukraine with its recent plans to acquire a sunflower seed crushing facility from Ukrainian consumer food company Chumak.The facility,located in Kahovka in Southern Ukraine,has a capacity of 1,200 metric tons per day.Financial terms were not disclosed.
