IOC, BPCL, HPCL ink MoU for mega refinery project

Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL) and Hindustan Petroleum Corp Ltd. (HPCL) moved a step closer to implement the ambitious 60-mtpa mega refinery-cum-petrochemicals project in Maharashtra with the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on the sidelines of the Petrotech conference held recently in New Delhi.
