India to offer 100 oil blocks in NELP VIM;Oil ministry seeks tax holiday for gas companies

Unperturbed by the global economic crisis,India will launch next month its biggest ever auction of oil exploration blocks with about 100 areas likely to be offered for bidding in the next round of NELP(New Exploration and Licensing Policy).
