Venezuela's Pequiven planning to invest over US20-hn in petrochemical complexes

Venezuelan petrochemical company,Pequiven,is planning to set up 87 petrochemical projects of which 35 would produce raw materials and the rest would be downstream manufacturing facilities.Venezuela is the sixth largest producer of oil and has 2.4% of the world's oil reserves.At a press conference held at the K fair,Director of the company,Mr.Francisco Toro presented details about the large-scale expansion plans.
