The Abhijit Sen Committee on the phosphatic fertilizer policy has recommended that the subsidy on DAP will form the basis for subsidy on other phosphatic and complex fertilizers.The subsidy on DAP will have three components:The first component relates to the difference in the landed price of imported DAP and MRP.
