NRI investor and venture capitalist,Mr.Vinod Khosla and Japanese conglomerate Marubeni Corporation will pick up equity in Pune-based Praj Industries.Praj will allot to Khosla 16,22,250 equity shares of Rs.2 each at Rs.120.25 per share and 6,489,000 warrants which are convertible into equity shares of Rs.2 each within 18 months at Rs.120.25 per warrant.Marubeni Corporation will be allotted 8,11,125 equity shares of Rs.2 each at Rs.120.25 each.
