Under its previous medium-term management plan, DIC105, which ended in 2015, DIC made progress in implementing strategies aimed at establishing a foundation for sustainable growth, which included restructuring its printing inks businesses in North America and Europe, expanding businesses that will drive growth and ensuring a more balanced financial position.
