Zhejiang Rongsheng to boost planned capacity in China

Zhejiang Rongsheng Holding Group (Hangzhou, China) expects to double the planned capacity of its refining joint venture (JV), to 800,000bbl/day in 2020.The TV—among private-sector Zhejiang Rongsheng and Tongkun Group and stated-owned Zhejiang Juhua Group—is expected to bring onstream the first phase of the refinery, capable of processing 400,000 bbl/day, in 2018.
