Kemira Buys Final Bayer Paper Chemicals Unit

Kemira says it has acquired Bayer's paper chemicals marketing agency business for an undisclosed sum.The business has sales of about euro35 million(44million),and has been responsible for sales and marketing of Lanxess's paper chemicals business,which Kemira bought for euro88 million early this year(CW,Jan.11,p.22).Lanxess was spun off from Bayer in 2005.
