Mastering and further development in application of various types of electrical discharge machining by the enterprises of Tula

摘要

The article gives the information and data about application of electrical discharge machining technologies at the enterprises of the town of Tula. Simultaneously with this, noted are those scientific and technological tendencies and trends of electrical discharge machining process that characterize both its forming and hardening issues, and also combinations on its basis. Data presented in the article demonstrate capabilities of EDM in view of engineering parts forming and in view of parts quality improvement and their service live increase, enhancement of parts operational characteristics when EDM is combined with another machining processes.
