The tendencies of property form changes and principals of forming the multyproperty economics in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) have been summarized in the article upon the data for the period of 1991- 1998. The circumstances necessary and good enough for creation and existence of four independent property forms in the CIS have been discovered and areas and limits of effective functioning of each of them have been outlined. The objective necessity of development of economics in the CIS in a form of multyproperty economics has been substantiated and proposals on exploitation of feasibility study of its efficient forms in some states of the CIS have been presented.
