Sintering of high melting point nanopowders. I. Storage and pre-treatment of titanium nitride nanopowders

摘要

Proposed several approaches to storage and pre-processing treatment of high melting point nanopowders. Using coated by surfactant and as-received titanium nitride nanopowders, the process of oxidation during storage period on air and pre-processing treatment in nitrogen, hydrogen and vacuum to delete absorbed contamination and activate surface have been studied.
