摘要

Masstransferance kinetics, formation mechanism, tribotechnical characteristics and resistance to high-temperature oxidation of the coating on the WC-Co (6 %) hard alloy as well as VT6 titanium one at electric-spark alloying by the electrode material based on TiCN-AlN with a FeCr binder were investigated. The same scheme of phase distribution of the components through the coating for both alloys was established. It was found that the electric-spark alloying of WC-Co alloy and VT6 one decreases their wear on 33 and 60 % accordingly. Herein the working temperature of the coated WC-Co alloy increase up to 160° compared with the initial surfase.
