摘要

The heating rate dependence of morphology evolution of the BaTiO{sub}3 powders during barium titanyl-oxalate decomposition and following barium titanate synthesis is investigated. It is established that the mechanisms of morphology developmentdepend upon heating mode and necessity of nonlinear heating regime is proved. The nonlinear schedule allows avoiding some limitations and using of the advantages of the best linear heating regimes.
