A method for preparation of ferromagnetic powder particles single layer for electron and optical microscopy

摘要

A new method is suggested for preparation of specimens from ferromagnetic powders for microexaminations with application of ultrasonic disperser that acts on preparing object by constant magnetic field and ultrasound simultaneously. It preventscohesion of powder particles and provides high specimens quality, results reproducibility, increase productivity, enable to study hard magnetics. Examples of electron microexaminations of various ferromagnetic objects by the method above are set out.
