Analysis based on statistical theory of prescribed level crossing, relationship for probability of separate radio line failure due to fast signal fluctuations, are represented. The method allows to estimate the signal temporal correlationfeatures, and then to use them to analyse transmissivity of the system with code division of users. Figs.2 Refs.5.
