摘要

The alloying of weld metal in low-carbon wire electroslag welding with addition of powdery mixture of necessary alloying elements into the welding zone was considered. In realization of this method of alloying, essentially affecting on the quality of welded joint, the change of slag pool parameters (chemical composition, conductivity and others) was observed. The character of given phenomena was investigated using similarity and dimensional theory. The original procedure of experimental determination of slag pool conductivity was suggested.
