Ratio of boron content to the total content of carbon and nitrogen is 0.02 - 0.09.;EFFECT: providing the required ultimate strength, ductility and viscosity of a weld, as well as reduced strength and high ductility of rolled wire, which provides its processing without any preliminary and intermediate annealing.;1 ex
